At this stage, you can choose your preferred add-ons, event date, time, theme, location, and other essential details to ensure a successful event arrangement. A $100 deposit will be charged upon completing the booking today. This $100 will be applied toward your picnic balance. The remaining amount for your booking will be charged to the same card used for the deposit within 48 hours of us receiving your booking.
If your event is over 3 months away, we’ll charge 50% today and the other 50% 1 month prior to your event date. If we have already begun discussing your picnic details, you won't be billed the full picnic balance until you've approved the quote for your picnic arrangements. Any vendors or services added post the initial booking date and before your event will incur immediate charges or be billed by the conclusion of your event date. Late fees may apply to any outstanding balances.
