Starting at $270 for 3 guests, with an increase of $90 per 3 guest for this luxurious setup. We recommend this arrangement right before sunset, accompanied by the string of lights installation. This still looks absolutely stunning in the day time! Another great idea is to book half with “Picnic Style Arrangement” and the other half “Lounge Arrangement!” This arrangement includes a dedicated table (or tables) for serving your culinary delights or snacks.

Admire our captivating themes with our “Tablescape arrangements.” Perfect for venues or homes with existing tables and chairs, enjoy our aesthetic without the need for additional seating. This arrangement is everything that is included in our “Picnic Style Arrangement” minus our tables and chairs. This allows you to enjoy our themes and aesthetic on your dining table, or a venue space with provided tables. Pricing starts at $270 for 2 guests, with a $45 increase per guest for this flexible arrangement.

Large Picnic Events
With the increased logistics in set up, breakdown, clean up, permitting, and scheduling to successfully accomplish large picnic events, we have a slightly adjusted pricing compared to average picnic sizes of 40 and under. This allows us to successfully coordinate vendors and staff day of your event, remaining your main point of contact. Your scheduled run time doubles from 2-4 hours. Many venue spaces allow small windows for set and breakdown, this requires to bring extra staffing to accommodate their requirement. Below you can see our pricing examples.
